MD Medicine Consultant – General Medicine (Chhindwara)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MD Medicine Consultant to join a 100‑bedded NABH‑accredited multispecialty hospital in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves delivering high‑quality general medicine care, handling emergencies, and supporting the hospital’s advanced cardiac and intensive care services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient general medicine services.
• Manage emergency cases and be on call as required.
• Collaborate with the Cath Lab team for cardiac procedures and with ICU staff for critical care management.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) with MD or DNB specialization in General Medicine.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India.
• Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts, including emergencies, with Sundays and festivals off.

Required skills

• General Medicine clinical expertise.
• Experience in emergency care.
• Familiarity with Cath Lab procedures and ICU management.
