MBBS Doctor – General Medicine

About the role

Hinduja Hospital is seeking qualified MBBS doctors to join our General Medicine department in Mahim, Mumbai. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population within a reputable tertiary care facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations, diagnose common medical conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Manage outpatient consultations, follow‑up visits, and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education activities.
• Adhere to hospital policies on infection control, patient safety, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• 0 to 5 years of clinical experience in General Medicine or related fields.
• Valid medical registration to practice in India.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and diagnosis in General Medicine.
• Prescription writing and medication management.
• Basic knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
