Material Handling Operator

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Material Handling Operator and support the efficient flow of medical supplies and equipment. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring that incoming and outgoing goods are processed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against shipping documents.
• Inspect goods for visible damage and document any issues.
• Operate transport equipment such as hand‑guided industrial trucks and forklifts safely.
• Enter and maintain data in warehouse management systems.
• Store, organize, and retrieve items, performing regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Prepare and pack outbound deliveries according to shipping instructions, including handling of dangerous goods.
• Generate and attach appropriate shipping documents for outgoing goods.
• Execute internal transports and, when required, external deliveries using appropriate vehicles.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Physical capability to handle manual lifting and operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy for data entry.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
