Master Mason

About the role

Sri Sai Constructions is seeking an experienced Master Mason to join its Ballia site. This full‑time, on‑site position involves overseeing advanced masonry work on infrastructure projects and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stones, and apply cement and mortar according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and measurements.
• Plan daily masonry activities and supervise masonry helpers.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to meet timelines.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, durability, and alignment.
• Perform repair, renovation, and reinforcement tasks on existing structures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Master Mason or senior mason on building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cement and mortar preparation, mixing ratios, and application techniques.
• Experience in stone cutting, shaping, and installation for structural or decorative purposes.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and site plans with attention to detail.
• Understanding of construction‑site safety practices and willingness to follow regulations.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor in outdoor and varying site conditions.
