Masonry Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Masonry Technician to join our on‑site team in Patna. The role involves constructing, repairing, and maintaining brick, block, and stone structures for both residential and commercial projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and mix cement‑based materials according to project specifications.
• Lay bricks, blocks, and stones, ensuring proper alignment, levelness, and joint finishing.
• Cut, shape, and set stones for structural and decorative purposes.
• Read and interpret basic construction drawings or site instructions.
• Assist with renovation, restoration, and retrofit tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Demonstrated practical experience in masonry and brickwork.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and prolonged outdoor work.
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to follow established safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Masonry and bricklaying techniques.
• Cement mixing, pouring, and finishing.
• Stone cutting, shaping, and setting.
• Basic construction drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
