Marketing Strategist

About the role

GC Studios, a branding and marketing agency in Kozhikode, is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Marketing Strategist. You will shape and refine marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, turning insights into actionable plans that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive 360° marketing strategies, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and channel selection.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Analyse campaign performance data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to design integrated campaigns and strengthen brand identities.
• Prepare and deliver strategy presentations and maintain transparent client communication.
• Ensure all initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, consumer behaviour, and market research.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, linking data, insights, and business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in explaining ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple industries in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to question briefs and propose new ideas.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content, performance marketing, and marketing analytics.
