Marketing Specialist

About the role

Deloitte India is seeking a Marketing Specialist to design, plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns that support firm‑level programmes, account‑based initiatives and other business priorities. The role will involve both on‑ground and digital event management, social media amplification and close collaboration with design, editorial, PR and social teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and launch multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of on‑site and digital events, including invitations, concepts and logistics.
• Ensure social media amplification for key campaigns and maintain a yearly marketing calendar.
• Coordinate with Deloitte’s Design, Editorial, PR and Social Media teams for seamless delivery.
• Maintain activity trackers, provide leadership updates and create post‑campaign strategy reports.
• Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders, acting as a client‑service liaison.
• Track KPIs, ensure brand guidelines compliance and manage risk considerations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary fields such as liberal arts, communications, marketing or management.
• Prior experience in B2B marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Good understanding of consumer, technology, media & entertainment, TMT, AI and cloud sectors.
• High EQ/IQ, organized, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
