Marketing Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to own and grow the marketing for its new Steal Deals vertical and key restaurant partner accounts. Based in Bengaluru, you will blend strategic planning with hands‑on campaign execution to drive visibility, footfall and brand equity for restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch end‑to‑end marketing programmes for the Steal Deals vertical, building consumer engagement from inception.
• Manage partner‑focused campaigns for major restaurant accounts, collaborating with internal product, marketing and partner teams.
• Identify dining occasions and cultural moments to design year‑round promotional calendars.
• Define project scope, create detailed plans and oversee budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Lead creative development, briefing influencers, social media and brand communications while safeguarding brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of dining trends, competitor activity and best‑practice tactics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand or restaurant marketing experience, preferably with QSR, F&B or restaurant brands at scale.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, able to work with internal teams and external restaurant partners.
• Creative sensibility with experience overseeing production of promotional assets.
• Based in Bengaluru.
