Marketing Manager – Point of Care Diagnostics

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for its Point of Care Diagnostics portfolio. You will shape pre‑sales activations, digital campaigns, e‑commerce presence and event programmes while optimizing the end‑to‑end sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pre‑sales activation strategies, including product demos, workshops and webinars.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and online advertising.
• Create compelling content such as articles, videos, infographics and social posts to promote products.
• Implement lead‑generation tactics and collaborate with the presales team to improve conversion.
• Manage product listings, pricing and customer reviews on e‑commerce platforms.
• Build and refine the sales funnel on the ShareVille platform, tracking qualification, nurturing and conversion metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and channel partners.
• Monitor performance metrics and produce regular reporting for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on performance data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, finance and logistics teams.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
