Marketing Manager – Customer Retention (Amazon MX Player)

About the role

Amazon MX Player is the combined free AVOD service created from the merger of MX Player and Amazon miniTV, targeting 250 million users in India. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own the notifications channel, re‑engage customer cohorts and drive growth in a fast‑moving, start‑up‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the notifications channel to drive and re‑engage customer cohorts.
• Manage multiple shows and category priorities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Run an A/B experimentation roadmap to optimise campaign performance.
• Develop playbooks for new projects across personalisation and automation.
• Produce reporting and analysis for content shows and categories to generate performance insights.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables.
• Track record of building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programmes from concept to completion.
• Experience creating marketing promotional material for owned & operated channels and brand content.
