Marketing Manager – BFSI Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated, data‑driven campaigns for a global digital transformation partner serving the BFSI sector. The role will shape the voice and go‑to‑market strategy of an AI‑forward platform, working closely with product, sales and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns that generate demand, nurture leads and grow the sales pipeline.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling messaging across digital, social and PR channels.
• Design, implement and optimise CRM workflows, event execution, and PR coordination to strengthen brand positioning.
• Analyse campaign performance, track metrics and continuously improve results using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across India, ASEAN and the Middle East.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand generation, integrated marketing or B2B product marketing within SaaS, BFSI or FinTech.
• Strong operational and analytical abilities, comfortable with campaign tracking and performance optimisation.
• Ability to gain deep customer insights and stay current on FinTech, BFSI and regulatory trends.
• Track record of managing end‑to‑end campaigns, events, PR and brand initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a bias for action in fast‑paced environments.
