Marketing Manager – Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end brand initiatives for our beauty, skincare and personal‑care portfolio. The role will be based in Worli, Mumbai and will focus on driving integrated campaigns, product launches and consumer activations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute integrated brand campaigns and product launches.
• Develop content and social‑media strategies across platforms.
• Manage influencer collaborations, shoots and creative production.
• Plan and execute events, activations and brand partnerships.
• Oversee marketing budgets, agencies and external vendors.
• Track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Work cross‑functionally with creative, e‑commerce, sales, PR and finance teams.
• Mentor and manage junior team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in brand or digital marketing, preferably in beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing and content creation.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and budget management skills.
• Creative, data‑driven and highly organised.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
