Marketing Manager – Ayurvedic Wellness Brand

About the role

Vansaar 45+ is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for its Ayurvedic wellness portfolio. Based in Gurugram, you will shape brand positioning, drive integrated campaigns, and collaborate closely with product, creative, and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence.
• Plan, launch, and monitor multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, social, and performance marketing.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks to inform decisions.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and report ROI.
• Coordinate with e‑commerce partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal product visibility.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, creative, and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in brand management and marketing strategy, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or healthcare.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.
• Solid project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA is a plus.
