Marketing Manager – AI Products & Digital Growth

About the role

Web Spiders Group is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for AI‑driven products and digital growth. You will shape brand visibility, generate leads, and accelerate product adoption across global markets while working onsite in Kolkata.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals for AI, Voice AI, SaaS and enterprise solutions.
• Build brand awareness for Web Spiders, SpiderX AI and related offerings in domestic and international markets.
• Plan and run multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content, webinars, email, and paid media on Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
• Design and manage account‑based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise decision‑makers.
• Create sales enablement assets such as brochures, presentations, case studies and whitepapers.
• Own digital presence across websites, blogs and social platforms, driving traffic and conversion through data‑driven initiatives.
• Coordinate webinars, virtual events and industry conferences, and nurture relationships with partners, media and analysts.
• Track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI) and produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in B2B, SaaS or technology marketing.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B‑School (preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage demand‑generation programs and work cross‑functionally with sales, product and customer success teams.
