Marketing Manager – Affiliate Marketing (B2B)

About the role

Join Amazon Business’s global marketing team to shape the most recognized B2B brand. As a Marketing Manager focused on affiliate marketing, you will design, launch, and optimise campaigns that acquire and engage Amazon Business customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
• Develop milestones, schedules, creative assets and measurement plans to ensure timely execution.
• Run A/B tests, analyse results and iterate to improve campaign performance.
• Track key performance indicators, report progress and recommend optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Tech and external agencies to align on objectives and execution.
• Produce clear documentation for performance reporting and status updates.
• Support creation of internal and customer‑facing marketing content.
• Identify and propose process and reporting improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Proven ability to manage agency partners and deliver partner marketing programs at scale.
• Experience with B2B, affiliate, paid‑media and project‑management environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).
• Tableau (data visualisation and reporting).
