Marketing Manager – Acquisition, Admissions & Brand Growth

About the role

Lead the marketing, admissions and brand growth function for one of India's largest preschool networks. You will own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel, drive franchise expansion and ensure a consistent brand experience across more than 500 centres.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to generate enquiries, admissions and revenue growth.
• Own the admissions acquisition funnel, monitoring lead generation, conversion performance, campaign ROI and centre‑wise metrics.
• Plan and run franchise acquisition campaigns in partnership with the Sales team.
• Define and enforce brand identity, communication and design guidelines across all preschools.
• Lead creative strategy and campaign execution for national, regional and centre‑level initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the website, mobile app and other customer‑facing digital platforms.
• Manage the backend ecosystem supporting Sales and Admissions, including systems, workflows and automations.
• Build dashboards, analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with Technology, Academics, Sales, Operations and Business teams to deliver scalable marketing projects.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Admissions Marketing or Business Growth.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, franchise marketing, digital marketing (WhatsApp and Facebook) and brand management.
• Strong understanding of websites, apps, marketing technology, dashboards and business analytics.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Technology and Operations.
• Analytical mindset with solid project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Background in Education, EdTech, Retail, Consumer Internet or multi‑location businesses is a plus.
