Marketing Management Trainee

About the role

The Postcard Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel brand seeking a Marketing Management Trainee to support its digital presence. You will manage day‑to‑day social media activity, create content, edit short‑form video and learn paid‑media, email and WhatsApp campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn – schedule posts, engage with comments and DMs, and flag guest issues.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars across properties, write brand‑aligned captions and source assets.
• Edit and publish reels and short‑form videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools, adapting shoots for multiple formats.
• Design social creatives, story templates and collateral in Adobe Illustrator and Canva; maintain brand consistency.
• Assist in creating and monitoring Meta paid‑social campaigns, learning to read CTR, CPC, ROAS and cost per booking.
• Draft and schedule B2C email newsletters and B2B communications, and support WhatsApp broadcast journeys.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, presenting actionable insights.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in social media, content or digital marketing (internships, freelance projects or college work accepted).
• Strong visual portfolio demonstrating grids, campaigns and video work; portfolio is mandatory.
• Attention to detail, good written communication in a restrained brand voice.
