Marketing Executive – Territory Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to manage our territory’s pharmaceutical portfolio. The role combines field sales, customer relationship management and market intelligence to drive prescription growth and brand share.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers (doctors, chemists, stockists) with the frequency defined by company strategy.
• Generate prescriptions and achieve product‑wise and value‑wise sales targets in both primary and secondary sales on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Enhance territory profitability, maintain or increase market share and nurture customer relationships through engagement initiatives.
• Ensure proper product distribution, monitor breakage and expiries, and control related expenses.
• Collect and relay market intelligence on competitor activities and promotional impact to line managers and the marketing team.
• Prepare and propose strategic distribution plans for the territory on a monthly and annual basis.
• Develop stockist/distributor orders, guarantee supply continuity and ensure timely collection of payments according to company policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science (B.Sc.) or related field; non‑science graduates may be considered.
• Minimum six months up to two years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
