Marketing Executive – Goa

About the role

As a Marketing Executive based in Goa, you will act as the on‑ground extension of Isprava’s Mumbai marketing team. You will ensure seamless execution of brand collaborations, customer experience initiatives, and high‑end events across the company’s key locations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and execute strategic brand collaborations with luxury, lifestyle and hospitality partners.
• Assist in home handovers and curate premium viewing gifts to deliver a seamless luxury experience for homeowners.
• Plan, organise and manage high‑end brand events, private gatherings and experiential activations, overseeing logistics and vendor coordination.
• Monitor luxury real‑estate and lifestyle trends, provide market insights from Goa, and align local activities with national campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary contact for local partners, ensuring consistency with brand values.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury real‑estate, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of brand collaborations, event planning and customer experience.
• Exceptional project‑management and execution abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently in Goa while coordinating with Mumbai teams.
• Passion for luxury branding and an eye for detail.
