Marketing Executive – Field Marketing (Odisha)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Executive to lead field‑marketing initiatives across Odisha. The role is entirely on‑site, involving travel to schools, institutions and events to build relationships, generate leads and raise brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute field marketing and promotional activities across assigned locations in Odisha.
• Visit and develop relationships with schools, educational institutions, partners and other stakeholders.
• Conduct school visits, meetings, presentations, events, seminars, workshops and promotional campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for lead generation, partnerships and business growth.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate and manage stalls, kiosks, events, activations and BTL marketing activities.
• Generate quality leads through field activities and coordinate with the sales team for follow‑ups and conversions.
• Conduct local market and competitor research.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, activities, leads and campaign performance.
• Travel to different cities and districts across Odisha as required.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travelling.
• Energetic, proactive and confident personality.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned territories.
• Target‑oriented and comfortable in a performance‑driven environment.
• Willingness to travel across Odisha at short notice.
• Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation.
