Marketing Executive – Digital & Brand

About the role

ZOA is seeking a creative and performance‑driven Marketing Executive to boost its digital presence and strengthen brand communication. You will work closely with operations, reservations, and F&B teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, reservations, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ZOA’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile) and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design and produce reels, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Write copy for captions, advertisements, website pages and marketing communications while ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan, launch and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, tracking budgets, leads, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Support SEO, local SEO and Google Maps visibility; regularly update Google Business Profile with photos, events and offers.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, Zomato, Swiggy and other platforms.
• Coordinate influencer, blogger and creator collaborations.
• Manage WhatsApp, email and CRM‑based customer‑retention campaigns.
• Promote private dining, events, corporate gatherings and new launches.
• Track competitor activity, digital trends and hospitality marketing developments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within hospitality, restaurant or premium consumer brands.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and agencies.
• Creative thinking with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
