Marketing Executive (Brand & E‑commerce)

About the role

Faces Canada is a fast‑growing mass‑premium beauty brand in India. The Marketing Executive will work at the heart of the brand, driving new product launches, e‑commerce content, creative campaigns and packaging initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will coordinate across product, design, e‑commerce, offline channel and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end new product development, from brief coordination and shade/claim finalisation to sampling and launch readiness.
• Own product‑page content on Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and the Faces Canada D2C site, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, A+ content and media.
• Write creative briefs and manage design agencies to deliver on‑brand campaign, platform and retail creatives on schedule.
• Coordinate packaging design, including briefs, artwork iterations, legal/claims checks and final approvals.
• Maintain brand calendars, launch trackers, budgets, purchase‑order trackers and sample dispatches to keep the marketing engine running.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, personal care, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• MBA or PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
• Passion for skincare, makeup and beauty trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors before launch.
• Strong coordination skills to drive timelines across multiple internal and external partners.
• Clear communicator with solid working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Self‑starter who thrives under launch‑week pressure and sees tasks through to completion.
