About the role

The Marketing Communications Advisor – Associate supports the creation and execution of marketing communications initiatives for a specific Business Unit. The role ensures all activities align with global brand guidelines, digital standards, and budgetary constraints while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align marketing communications plans with the Business Unit’s brand strategy.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution of communications activities, including brief preparation and collaboration with creative partners.
• Assist in tracking and reporting marketing communications budgets and performance metrics.
• Provide data administration and end‑user support for marketing technology platforms.
• Ensure all materials comply with Global Brand Guidelines and Digital Standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to achieve consistent and efficient execution.

Required profile

• Ability to act as a key point of contact for marketing communications planning.
• Experience coordinating marketing communications projects and supporting brief development.
• Familiarity with budget tracking and performance reporting processes.
