Marketing & Brand Manager

About the role

BRB, a mass‑premium snacking brand targeting India’s urban Gen‑Z, is looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead its brand communication and growth initiatives. Based in Gurugram, you will manage a small team and work closely with the co‑founder to shape the brand’s voice across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the social media and creator ecosystem – plan content calendars, coordinate agencies, manage influencer partnerships and run paid content boosting on Instagram and YouTube.
• Design and execute offline events and sampling activations at festivals, campuses and corporate offices, including the rollout of a flagship food‑truck.
• Develop brand content and campaign strategies tied to key moments such as IPL, seasonal occasions and new product launches.
• Manage CRM and email communications – create, schedule, segment and track performance of emailers to the existing consumer database.
• Lead a team of 2‑3 marketing executives and oversee relationships with creative agencies, content vendors, influencer managers and event partners.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, preferably within FMCG, food & beverage or D2C consumer brands.
• Proven track record of running end‑to‑end social‑first campaigns and managing agencies or small in‑house teams.
• Hands‑on experience with offline activations or on‑ground event marketing.
• Strong affinity for Gen‑Z culture, comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment and able to work independently with an ownership mindset.
