Marketing Associate – Brand & Organic Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to join our Brand & Marketing team. The role covers full‑funnel marketing, from brand building and storytelling to demand‑generation activities, with a strong focus on PR and LinkedIn‑led social presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor end‑to‑end brand campaigns and organic marketing initiatives, ensuring relevance through cultural and category trend analysis.
• Support demand‑generation efforts across digital and on‑ground channels, collaborating with performance and product teams to optimise conversion journeys.
• Drive public‑relations activities, including media coordination, coverage tracking and building relationships with key publications to amplify thought‑leadership.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches and events while maintaining organised documentation and budget reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking to interpret data and derive insights.
• Creative mindset with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes.
• High attention to detail across content, data and design layouts.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management and written/ verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Google Analytics to track and optimise digital performance.
