About the role

Styriya is seeking its first Marketing & Growth Professional to help shape the brand and accelerate customer acquisition. You will work directly with the founders to design and execute strategies that drive digital growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Lead growth marketing initiatives to increase user acquisition and retention.
• Create and manage social media content that engages merchants, creators, designers, and service providers.
• Build and strengthen the Styriya brand identity.
• Foster community engagement and nurture relationships with early adopters.
• Run performance marketing efforts, monitor metrics, and optimize spend.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to align marketing tactics with business goals.
