Manufacturing Project Manager (MFE) – RBIC

About the role

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of manufacturing projects within its RBIC portfolio. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close manufacturing projects, developing schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate development, tracking, and approval of customer samples, prototypes, and validation builds.
• Plan, procure, and track Manufacturing Assets & Equipment (MAE) to meet production readiness.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Sales, CTG, and other support functions to drive project activities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, action trackers, meeting minutes, risk registers, and status reports.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues as required.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards, safety requirements, and organizational procedures.
• Leverage digital tools and automation to improve project visibility, reporting efficiency, and execution effectiveness.
• Utilize SAP, MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint for planning, tracking, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the International Production Network (IPN) for process improvements, standardisation, and Kaizen initiatives.
