Manufacturing Manager – Canada Opportunities

About the role

The Manufacturing Manager for Canada Opportunities will lead end‑to‑end manufacturing activities for clients seeking roles in Canadian industries. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Canada and focuses on aligning production processes with Canadian standards and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflows and supervise shop‑floor operations.
• Implement best practices for safety, efficiency and lean manufacturing.
• Monitor quality metrics, troubleshoot operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare documentation and reports that reflect Canadian manufacturing requirements.
• Mentor team members on process improvements and support clients with accurate career‑path information.
• Maintain close communication with internal consultants to align manufacturing insights with immigration pathways.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in production planning, capacity planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations and operations management.
• Demonstrated ability in quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to international or Canadian standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with the ability to lead teams.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, lean manufacturing principles and ERP or manufacturing software tools.
