About the role

We are looking for a reliable Manufacturing Labour Helper to join our food processing unit. The role involves supporting daily production activities, ensuring smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is essential for meeting our production targets while upholding the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products within the factory.
• Support food processing and packaging operations as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production area.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and food‑handling procedures at all times.
• Handle materials and equipment carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Help production team members achieve daily output targets.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to workplace discipline.
• Perform additional manufacturing or factory‑related tasks as assigned.
