Manufacturing Engineer (MED)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (MED) to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes that boost quality and productivity. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to pinpoint improvement areas and develop solutions.
• Conduct time studies to optimise production workflows and minimise waste.
• Analyse performance data, measuring metrics such as cycle‑time reduction and defect‑rate improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (MED).
• 0‑3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence principles, including Lean Six Sigma.
• Basic knowledge of CAD design.
