Manœuvre TP – VRD (F/H)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated construction laborer to join our dynamic team of about twenty professionals. The position is a full‑time permanent contract (39 hours per week) working on public‑works projects, primarily road and utility networks (VRD).

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the site: set up signage, install equipment, and secure work zones.
• Perform earth‑works such as excavation, back‑filling and leveling using hand tools or light machinery.
• Assist in laying dry and wet utility networks – pipes, ducts, manholes – and verify alignments and levels.
• Carry out road works including installing curbs, drains, paving, slabs, applying surfacing layers and concrete casting.
• Handle and transport materials, keep the site clean and store tools properly.
• Maintain equipment, perform basic tool upkeep and read simple plans.
• Observe all safety regulations, wear personal protective equipment and report any hazards.
• Operate small construction machines when required.

Required profile

• CAP or BEP in a related field, or a solid first‑hand experience in civil‑works.
• Passion for quality work, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
