Manifold Block Design Engineer – Hydraulic Power Packs

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to design and develop manifold blocks for hydraulic power packs at Bosch Rexroth India. The role involves creating system BOMs, selecting hydraulic fittings and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design hydraulic power packs and manifold blocks (MB design).
• Generate system Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage its release.
• Select appropriate hydraulic fittings and engineering materials.
• Maintain project documentation in line with ISO requirements.
• Deliver defect‑free designs on schedule, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• DME, BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Production.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in hydraulic system design.

Required skills

• Hydraulic system design.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and engineering materials.
• Modelling and detailing of components.
• Familiarity with design standards.
• Preparation and release of BOMs.
• Engineering change management.
