Manager, Value Engineering

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Manager, Value Engineering to lead a high‑performing team of 15‑20 Value Engineers in Bangalore. You will own a significant portfolio, partner with sales and GTM leadership, and help customers translate Enterprise AI ambitions into operational reality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Value Engineers, setting high standards for excellence.
• Own the end‑to‑end value journey for a portfolio of strategic accounts, from landing to adoption, expansion and renewal.
• Collaborate with sales to drive enterprise deals through value‑selling methodology and act as an executive sponsor for key accounts.
• Translate customer strategy into high‑impact Process Intelligence use cases and quantified business cases.
• Pioneer AI‑enabled ways of working within the VE team to accelerate time‑to‑value.

Required profile

• Dual fluency in technology and business, able to engage with CIOs, architects and CFOs.
• Proven credibility with senior executives and experience presenting to C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong value‑selling and commercial acumen with a track record of influencing and closing enterprise business.
• Demonstrated team leadership and coaching experience, building high‑performance teams.
• Thought leadership on Enterprise AI and its impact on business operations.
• Deep domain expertise in one or more industries or functional areas.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology‑product or pre‑sales practice.
