Manager – Statutory Reporting and Compliance

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Manager to lead statutory reporting and compliance for a portfolio of legal entities across multiple Asian jurisdictions. The role translates global frameworks into regional delivery, ensuring high‑quality, compliant financial reporting and audit execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end statutory reporting and audit delivery for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and internal policies.
• Manage audit planning, PBC coordination, issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Review statutory financial statements, disclosures and audit deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as escalation point for complex accounting, reporting and audit matters.
• Ensure adherence to filing timelines, SOX and internal control requirements.
• Identify, assess and escalate risks related to statutory compliance and regulatory changes.
• Maintain documentation and controls to support audit and regulatory reviews.
• Drive standardisation, simplification and scalability of reporting processes and implement continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing statutory reporting and audit delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Ability to lead a team, develop capability and foster a culture of accountability.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation.
