Manager, Social Marketing

About the role

Netflix is seeking a senior Social Marketing Manager to shape and amplify the cultural conversation around its titles in India. This role blends creative storytelling with data‑driven insight to turn moments into movements across the Indian internet.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a highly engaged OTT community, driving cultural presence beyond title launches.
• Maintain Netflix India’s monthly share of voice and influence press and KOL ecosystems.
• Mine real‑time audience feedback, identify breakout moments, and adjust strategies quickly.
• Create social IP that reflects Netflix’s personality and aligns with festivals, cultural flashpoints, and everyday usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Brand, Publicity, Product, Partnerships) to ensure cohesive campaign ownership.
• Expand reach beyond metro‑centric communities by partnering with creators and ecosystem players.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in social marketing, preferably within entertainment, streaming, or digital‑first brands.
• Deep fluency in Indian internet behavior across regions and cohorts.
• Proven ability to balance instinct with insight and to turn cultural moments into measurable impact.
