Manager – SAP BODS (GDC)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to lead SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) initiatives within its Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Kolkata. The role combines business intelligence expertise with data‑management leadership to help clients turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of SAP BODS solutions for client projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data‑integration architectures.
• Mentor junior staff, promote best practices, and ensure delivery quality meets PwC standards.
• Drive the creation of data visualisation dashboards and reporting solutions using rapid BI tools.
• Analyse complex data problems, provide recommendations, and support decision‑making for clients.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards in all engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing SAP BODS projects or similar data‑integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and data‑management lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
