Manager – Sales & Business Development – Factory Automation Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager to lead Sales and Business Development for Factory Automation (FA) products in Bangalore. You will work with both new and existing channel partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and BD strategies for Electric Drive & Control, Linear Technology & Assembly product lines.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets across the assigned zone by strengthening the channel partner network.
• Implement financial discipline and policy deployment across partners, including territory realignments when needed.
• Gather market intelligence, analyse competitor activities and formulate localized aftermarket strategies.
• Lead acquisition projects and expand the partner ecosystem to increase market penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within industrial or factory automation sectors.
• Strong understanding of channel partner management and product portfolio handling.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
