Manager, Recovery Agency Attorney Support

About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Recovery Agency Attorney Support to lead projects that connect suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and operational success for our client in the consumer financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily interactions with suppliers and internal teams, overseeing project delivery and risk management.
• Monitor compliance with external site access requests and certify users on operating instructions.
• Manage JIRA ticket lifecycle, provide ongoing support for JIRA, Power Platform, SharePoint and Power Apps workflows.
• Partner with suppliers to communicate process expectations, develop action plans, conduct root‑cause analysis and close defects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers on SharePoint access, Power Platform testing and technical inquiries.
• Plan and execute key business initiatives, reporting results, issues and opportunities to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external resources.
• Experience in project management within a compliance or legal support environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.

Required skills

• JIRA ticketing and workflow management.
• Power Platform development and support (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• SharePoint administration and user support.
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, pivot tables).
