Manager – Project Management, Strategy & Governance (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead project management, strategy and governance initiatives within its Advisory practice in Bangalore. The role will oversee large‑scale programmes, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery against business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale projects across multiple teams and define execution plans.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather requirements and prepare project governance artefacts.
• Develop resource plans and oversee implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Handle end‑to‑end project delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor and risk management.
• Apply the full Software Development Life Cycle (Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy) to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage programmes with budgets exceeding $2 million.

Required profile

• 5+ years of overall experience with dedicated program/portfolio management exposure.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong educational background.
• 4–5 years of application development experience.
• Proven experience managing BAU projects and change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, vendor and risk aspects of projects.
• Hands‑on experience with the complete SDLC (Plan‑Design‑Build‑Test‑Deploy).
• Experience working with global stakeholders for reputable organisations.
• Experience managing programmes with budgets upwards of $2 million.
