Manager, Product Development - Network Products

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Development to lead the next‑generation network product initiatives, focusing on transaction switching. The role sits within the P&E Network Products team and drives end‑to‑end product delivery from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to design, develop and commercialize scalable solutions on schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with Legal, Data Privacy, Finance, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders to create robust go‑to‑market and servicing plans.
• Define epics, flows, interfaces, roadmap, backlog prioritisation and acceptance criteria; produce artefacts such as sequence diagrams and API documentation.
• Ensure product vision consistency across capabilities, performance, scalability and re‑usability while supporting knowledge sharing and team scaling.

Required profile

• Proven product development experience with strong attention to detail in requirement analysis.
• Ability to dive deep into operational characteristics and deliver in agile environments.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Accountability, sense of urgency and passion for the payments domain.
