Manager, HR Operations

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a people‑first leader to head its APAC Tier 2 HR Operations team. You will support more than 2,000 employees across seven countries, partnering with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, IT, Finance and other functions to deliver high‑quality, compliant HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the APAC Tier 2 HR Operations team, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver seamless employee lifecycle services.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and regional governance.
• Implement automation, AI and data‑driven solutions to scale HR service delivery.
• Standardise global HR practices and support strategic transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR operations or similar service‑delivery teams.
• Strong ability to simplify complex processes and make data‑informed decisions.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and influencing senior leaders.
• Hands‑on mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation.
