Manager, Fund Administration (Asia Pacific)

About the role

The Manager, Asia Pacific Fund Administration provides senior‑leadership execution support for the administration, reporting and control framework of Mastercard’s Asia Pacific Market Funds portfolio. The role owns FundApp governance, fund administration, approval evidence, audit readiness and process standardisation across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Asia Pacific Fund Administration function and drive a consistent operating model across markets.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes for fund approvals, committee operations, reporting, controls, evidence retention and escalation.
• Oversee FundApp data quality, including initiative setup, forecasts, flex codes, approvals, status updates and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate fund committee meetings, prepare materials, document decisions, track actions and maintain auditable records.
• Provide updates on fund collections and spending for semi‑annual Regional Steering Committee meetings.
• Validate that fund initiatives follow approved principles, governance standards and required approval steps.
• Review financial and contract management processes and controls with Fund Owners.
• Support SOX readiness, internal audit, external audit and control testing with complete, timely evidence.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to resolve process gaps, ownership issues, access limitations and reporting challenges.
• Develop practical procedures, templates and reports to improve fund administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund administration and governance.
• Strong understanding of audit and SOX readiness processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders across the region.
