About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Software Engineering to lead a team of entry‑level engineers in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software applications that support our enterprise goals. The role combines technical oversight with people management, ensuring high‑quality, usable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of entry‑level software engineers.
• Oversee development, maintenance, and release of software applications.
• Ensure adherence to best‑practice design and development standards.
• Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and report progress.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce testing standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance development for team members.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience leading software or Salesforce projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior engineers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
