Manager, Employee Relations Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations Services to join its Global Employee Relations team in India. The role focuses on supporting and administering the performance management process while fostering a fair and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of the performance management process and ensure timely, accurate evaluations.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance tools, systems, and related policies.
• Respond to performance‑related inquiries and help resolve conflicts and concerns.
• Participate in investigations related to performance issues and prepare documentation such as coaching plans.
• Coordinate training sessions for managers on best practices in performance management.
• Advise People Business Partners, managers, and employees on company policies and processes.
• Partner with internal employment counsel, compliance, and business stakeholders to manage employee‑relations matters.
• Build cross‑functional relationships across geographies and drive change‑management initiatives to improve the employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and fact‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of employee‑relations policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed, and complex business environment.
• Demonstrated capability to identify improvement opportunities and drive stakeholder satisfaction.
