Manager – e-Governance & Technology Consulting (Citizen & Business Services)

About the role

Join PwC’s Government and Public Sector Transformation Management practice as a Manager focused on e‑governance and technology consulting. You will work with federal, state and local government clients in Delhi to help them modernise citizen and business services, improve operational efficiency and manage jurisdiction‑related risk.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with government leaders to assess and redesign operational, security and data‑management strategies.
• Drive digital inclusion initiatives, leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to create sustainable change.
• Support clients in navigating regulatory complexity, risk management and cost optimisation.
• Lead project teams, ensuring delivery of high‑impact advisory services and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advisory or consulting, preferably within the public sector or technology domain.
• Strong understanding of government operations, digital transformation and risk management.
• Ability to work proactively, solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of e‑governance frameworks and digital service delivery.
• Familiarity with data‑management, security principles and regulatory environments.
• Consulting methodology and project leadership capabilities.
