Manager – C++ Developer (Advisory) – Bengaluru

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager‑level C++ Developer to join its Advisory line of service in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing, building and supporting high‑performance business applications for clients across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high‑performance applications using modern C++ (OOP, STL, templates, design patterns).
• Build and maintain multi‑threaded systems, ensuring thread safety and optimal performance.
• Design system architecture that meets non‑functional requirements such as scalability and reliability.
• Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimise data access.
• Debug production issues, analyse core dumps and write unit tests using GTest.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and support CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in C++ software development.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
