Manager – AI IT/OT Network & Infrastructure Security

About the role

EY is seeking a hands‑on Manager to lead AI‑enabled IT/OT network and infrastructure security transformations. You will work closely with clients to design, implement and govern cutting‑edge security solutions that span enterprise, cloud and operational technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of security strategies across enterprise, cloud and OT domains, including Zero Trust and IEC 62443‑aligned controls.
• Oversee implementation of NGFW, NAC, VPN, ZTNA, SASE, DNS security, CASB and CSPM solutions.
• Drive incident response, security improvement initiatives and cyber‑resilience across hybrid infrastructures.
• Architect AI‑assisted security operations, building predictive threat monitoring and automated response capabilities.
• Develop and deploy AI‑driven anomaly detection models for OT traffic, process behaviours and industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
• Implement AI‑based rule optimisation, traffic routing, and device‑behaviour profiling for PLCs, HMIs and IoT/IIoT assets.
• Apply AI/ML to network threat detection, lateral‑movement analysis and zero‑day identification in IT/OT environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering network and infrastructure security programmes for large enterprises or industrial organisations.
• Strong client‑facing and leadership abilities, capable of guiding engineering teams from discovery through deployment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in cybersecurity and OT environments.
