About the role

The Management Trainee – Talent Acquisition program is designed to give recent graduates hands‑on experience in recruitment while supporting the Talent Acquisition team. You will complete on‑the‑job training and gradually take on entry‑level recruiter responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Learn and perform general recruitment tasks under supervision.
Complete on‑the‑job training to transition into an entry‑level recruiter role.
May assist with basic to moderately complex manufacturing tasks as required by the training program.
Adhere to all safety, health, and security policies.
Comply with company security procedures and any testing or certification requirements.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Basic writing skills.
Capability to understand visual aids.
Common‑sense approach to follow one‑ or two‑step instructions.
