Management Trainee – Immediate Joiners

About the role

Sushine Exports Private Limited, operating the factori.com platform, is seeking ambitious Management Trainees who can join immediately. This full‑time, six‑month program offers hands‑on exposure to core business functions such as sales, marketing, fulfilment, procurement, and contract manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the founders and leadership team on operational tasks.
• Rotate across key functions to understand end‑to‑end business processes.
• Own and deliver project assignments from day one.
• Engage with retailers, manufacturers, and partners to identify and solve business challenges.
• Contribute ideas that shape factori.com’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Graduates or post‑graduates in B.Com, BBM, BBA, B.Tech, M.Com, MBA or related fields.
• Completed graduation/post‑graduation (final‑year students awaiting results are not eligible).
• Freshers welcome; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills, self‑starter attitude, and comfort in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Passion for e‑commerce, retail, or manufacturing and availability to join immediately.
