About the role
FACE Prep, a leading ed‑tech company with 15 years of experience, is looking for a Management Mentor to guide BBA and MBA students. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact teaching, designing innovative learning methods, and ensuring student success across a range of competitive‑exam and up‑skilling programs.
Key responsibilities
- Train and mentor students enrolled in BBA and MBA programs.
- Develop and implement new teaching methodologies tailored to management education.
- Deliver curriculum‑specific instruction and monitor learning outcomes.
- Take ownership of student performance and continuously improve learning results.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of management concepts and practices.
- Passion for teaching and ability to inspire learners.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Experience in curriculum or instructional design is an advantage.
